Title: Homemade Grape Juice
Recipe is more than anything a place to keep our grape juice creation notes.
Minimize stemmage, but no need to pluck them all
Look for bad ones and debris
Rinse
Fill up bottom of the steamer pan up to an inch from the top
Once it starts steaming, leave it cooking on there for about an hour
Expect 1-1.5 inch pulp in the bottom
Put in jars up to the shoulder or where the bottom wide lip is and add lids while still warm. Consider getting fresh lids
Be sure to clean the steamer promptly and repack the sections. Tube does not come out
